General Rental Terms and Conditions

• The minimum rental of the motorhome will be not less than 3 days and will depend on the season, however we will try to facilitate any request, always subject to availability. The mileage will be unlimited from 7 days, in out of season times  it will be 450 km/day. Each  extra kilometer will cost  0.50 €.
• The renter must be at least 25 years old to be able to rent a motorhome.
• You must have and present a valid driving license, type B with more than 2 years of license.
• For EU non residents,  must present a valid international driving license.
• It is totally forbidden to smoke inside the motorhomes, under financial penalty.
• In the case of traveling with pets, it is mandatory to notify it at the time of booking. If authorized by the lessor, the  renter will be responsible for any damage and subsequent specific cleaning. You can contract with the company the cleaning and disinfection of the vehicle at a cost of €100, failure to report it and discover that animals have been taken, which can cause health problems to the next customers, will be sanctioned with the fee assigned for cleaning and one day rental.
• The renter is responsible for complying with legal provisions (driving license, traffic regulations).
• You must pay 30% of the rental amount to reserve the motorhome at the time of confirming availability.
• At the time of pick up the motorhome, the remaining amount of the reserved days will be paid and a deposit of 600 euros will be deposited, by credit card, which will be returned upon delivery of the same, as soon as possible, always after verifying that the vehicle is in perfect condition, both the exterior (vinyl and accessories included) and the interior.
• The rent is charged for full days and both the day of collection at 12 p.m. and delivery at 8 p.m. count as one day each. 
• In case of cancellation, after notifying Los Trotalinos, the renter  must pay:
  • If the cancellation occurs before 60 days of the begginig of the contract , 25% of the reservation.
  • If the cancellation occurs  between 60 and 30 days before the start of the contract, .50% of the reservation.
  • If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days in advance, the total reservation will be lost.
• The renter must return the motorhome in the same condition in which it was delivered,  with the diesel deposit  full  and residual tanks, both grey and black,empty, same as wc . If not  the renter must pay 100 €  plus VAT for emptying residual tanks and in the case of diesel, a full filled in the nearest petrol station plus €25 for expenses and management.
• The user will be responsible for any sanction or fine that occurred during the rental period.
